Misc Blanding. Yes, that hat has a built in fan that is solar powered and awesomely ridiculous is the only way IT can be described. Uncle Lyle made sure Paisley could do his kids sweet signature trick and we had a great BBQ at the lake while we paddled boated and kayaked around.
