Today is Paisley's first birthday. The day started a little rocky. Dusty hunted this morning and Paisley woke up with a nasty little cold. Once we cleared away boogers we moved on to blood after she hit her mouth/gums on my recliner and cut them. Once the bodily fluids stopped we went to Nashville to get her birthday gift, a bounce house we found on Craigslist, and dinner at Fulins in Mt. Juliet. They brought her a piece of cheesecake and we let her make a mess with a utensil for the first time. (pictures to come) Paisley, we just want you to know how much we love you. Last year on this day as we drove to the hospital, we felt like our crowning dream was about to come true...and at 1:20 on November 7th, 2008, it did! We couldn't love you more...but somehow everyday we do. As daddy used to say to me to pieces, plus one, times ten, forever and ever amen!
