30 week update

Good News...we are almost 30 weeks and as mema Laurie said, "she is a Vaughn baby!" Lucky for us this little girl is bigger than average. The nurse says she weighs about 3.9 lbs, about a half a pound bigger than avergage and she looks great! If we make it through October they will even let us go home. Thanks to you all for the prayers and phone calls. They keep me and grandma joan sane.

We will keep you guys in our prayers! I am so glad that you are doing better. Good luck with bed rest - hopefully you have lots of good books to read and movies to watch.

Another Milestone,Mugsey!

So glad to hear Paisley continues to grow and develop. What a celebration we'll have when she arrives healthy (we can wait for that day, though!)

Come on November!!! I'm glad to hear all is going well. At least for Paisley... I know, I know that bedrest sucks! I remember thinking so selfishly after my first pre-emptive labor. Jack wasn't big enough to come yet. They took me off the petosin hoping my labor would stop. I, on the other hand, was sobbing because, after 9 hours of "labor" I wanted a baby to show and take home for it. The Dr. patiently reminded me that they wanted Jack to cook for 2 weeks more. I had to cry, then take a deep breath and remember that this whole preganacy was an attempt at bringing a HEALTHY baby into the world. I cannot even compare my 2 weeks to your crazy long rest period. But, I think I can empathize =) I love you, oh so much, and wish you all the bests of the bests.

Meagan, I am so glad that you are doing well. I keep getting updates from Grandma and was able to get more details from your mom last weekend. It sounds like this baby is already a very obedient child and doing exactly what she is supposed to! I am sure you will be excited when the bed rest is over. Hang in there. You are in our prayers.
