Whit's shower

I have a very sweet friend from my ward who threw me a shower last weekend for Whit at her house. She baked home made rolls for sandwiches and cooked and cleaned and decorated and the threw a great party which is awesome in and of itself but considering the fact that she is 28 weeks pregnant herself it was EXTRA nice of her. Thanks Vanessa!

The theme for the shower was a combination of orange for UT and football. It was really cute and Dusty was certainly the inspiration for it all!

There were several kind people from the ward who came and some friends and family too!

My neighbor made these cute rice krispy footballs for eveyone to take home.

and here is my dear friend who is always helping behind the scenes. She stayed and cleaned up long after the party was over. Thanks Cathy.



and that double chin of mine is not cute but the blanket from my mother in law is! We got lots of clothes which was so great because I really haven't had a chance to buy much of anything being on bedrest. It was a great party and especially nice to get out of the house for a while.
