one week old

Paisley loves her Whitten as she calls him (she really pronounces the t's)

She helps us hold his bottles and has been great to let us know when he is crying and needs to eat :) She looks for him first thing in the morning when she runs out of her room.

She likes to "hold em..self"

Aunt Kandi got to meet him for the first time last night

and Cousin J helped us wake him up a bit

We were so blessed with how great of a baby Paisley was. She was mild mannered and easy to satisfy and so far Whitten has been pretty much the same. I'm thankful that P loves her brother and likes to be given jobs or little things that make her feel like she is helping. Dusty found her a couple days ago in his bedroom. She pulled all her toys out of their bins, stacked them in front of his crib and stood on them so she could see him. When he went in with camera she was singing twinkle twinkle little star and teaching him the first article of faith...melt my heart! It was so sweet. I'll add the pictures when I can find them later. She is taking these changes mostly in stride but I know she has been affected in some ways. I left her with Dusty's dad this week (which she usually loves!) while I took Whit to the Dr. She ran out of the house screaming that she wanted to go with me. She cried in her room for 2 hours while I was gone. She has never thrown a fit like that before so I am doing my best to make sure both my "babies" know I love them and that they are equally important.
