5 Years Sweetheart

Has it only been five years? Oh how time passes us by so quickly when in love. It’s been a great 5 years and all I can do is look forward to the rest and appreciate the first five. Oh and learn from the mistakes I made. To commemorate the five wonderful years I thought I would count down the top five things I love about our first five:

5. Even though I’ve traveled the world you still seem to get me out of my small town box and appreciate new things. Cilantro being at the top and a little bit of country music is another just to name a few of many. 

4. You have an awesome family and that means awesome in-laws that I love and am thankful that our kids have them to look up too.

3. You’re Beautiful, kind, patient, humble, ok I better stop here are people may think I’m a little biased

2. Paisley and Whitten, ok ok since we’ve got two youngins and this is number two it just makes sense right. Thank you for taking such good care of them and teaching them all they need to know.

1. You complete me, You make me happy, You’re sexy, You’re smart, amazing, I could go on and on, but what I’m really trying to say is I love everything about you! I love you so much that you make me want to be better for you! You make me want to put my best foot forward… so that I never let you down, and when I do let you down it breaks my heart and makes me want to try harder to be what you need and make you feel how I feel. I love you to +1, to pieces, forever and ever amen.

Here are two movie quotes from a movie you know and love…

I love you. I am who I am because of you. You are every reason, every hope, and every dream I've ever had, and no matter what happens to us in the future, everyday we are together is the greatest day of my life. I will always be yours.

The best love is the kind that weakens the soul, that makes us reach for more, that plants fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds. And that's what you've given me. That's what I hope to give to you forever.
