The Roof is a beautiful restaurant located on the roof of the Joseph Smith Building on Temple Square. It overlooks the Salt Lake Temple and at Christmas it is particularly stunning with all the Christmas lights. It is a place my dad enjoys (can you say dessert buffet?)and has become an annual tradition. Paisley got taken out twice for being naughty but we still had a nice night. She also may have stuck her whole arm in the fountain before we were even seated for our meal.
